a hillside with breathtaking views of the famous 'Rocha Negra' (Black Rock), the ocean
below the cliffs, and the small fishing village Praia da Luz.
The property stands in a small, exclusive development of privately owned villas. There is
comfortable accommodation for 6 people.
The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, three bedrooms, of which one with a
bathroom en-suite and one other bathroom for the two other bedrooms. All three bedrooms
open onto the terrace.
Upstairs is a large living room, with all-night wood burning stove and open dining room,
both with doors, which open onto the terrace. In the living room is a T.V. and satellite
decoder. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc.
Next to the villa is a private swimming pool (length: 8.00 x 4.50 m, depth 1.20 up to 2.30
m), surrounded by terraces and garden. There are sun beds available.
The maid comes in five times a week, but not on public holidays. Towels are changed twice
a week, bed linen weekly. Beach and swimming pool towels should be brought.
The center of Praia da Luz is some two km away, where there is a lovely beach and several
supermarkets and local restaurants. A car is essential. Telephone available on request.
