This
lovely villa has an elevated position with superb all round country views.
It is situated in a rural populated area surrounded by hills.
It is only
20 minutes drive to Lagos and 10 minutes to Penina golf hotel.
A steep calçada
driveway leads you to the graveled parking area. The house is built on
one level.
In the entrance
hall is a guest cloakroom.

Portimão. There are two large south facing French windows leading
to a covered terrace in front of the pool. The dimensions of the pool
are: 8 x 4 + 1,5 meter roman end.
A digital satellite TV with receiver and card will be available for receiving
sky channels.
Near the dining area there is access to the kitchen, which is fully fitted
with built in fridge, double sink, gas hob, microwave, washing machine,
electric oven and plenty of cupboard space.
The back door leads to the garden again with good views.
There are
3 double bedrooms.
The large master bedroom equipped with king-size bed has an en suite bathroom
with double basins, bath and shower attachment. In the bedroom are built
in wardrobes.
The windows have mosquito screens and lead onto the same terrace in front
of the pool.
The other
two double bedrooms with two single beds in each share a bathroom, which
has a shower cubical and double basins toilet and bidet. Both bedrooms
have built in wardrobes and French windows with mosquito netting leading
onto the terrace curved around the villa giving to the pool terrace.
The pool
is 8 x 4 meters, with Roman end is situated off the living room terrace.
On the south & East Side a wall 1.5 meters high to give shelter and
privacy, protects it.
There are
good restaurants nearby and Portimao and Lagos are not far by car where
you will find eating places to suit all tastes.
The maid
will come in twice a week.
A car is
essential.
