The beautiful large villa standing on its own 5 hectares of land is surrounded
by a immediate spacious garden with a private swimming pool, which for
an additional charge can be heated and offers splendid views over the
rural country. The villa has been furnished to the highest standards and
can accommodate 7 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms.
The ground floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which en-suite.
Each bedroom has two single beds. One of the bedrooms has terrace doors
on to the swimming pool terrace.
The large living room is equipped with comfortable furniture. A separate
dining room area has with views on to the back garden. A large, fully
equipped kitchen, has electric oven, large fridge and dishwasher.
From the living room an open round staircase goes up to the first floor,
where you'll find another two bedrooms, of which one has en-suite bathroom;
the other one has a wash basin. Doors give access to a private sun terrace.
The recently put
in central heating makes an off season stay in this lovely property very
attractive.
The swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace, has its own deck chairs.
Linen and towels are available, beach and swimming pool towels should
be brought.
A car is essential.
On account of the open staircase and the first floor balcony which overlooks
the living room, the owners do not accept children under 8 years of age.
